The Brief

To project manage and develop a new commercial website for Biffa and to provide on-going online support and development resource following the launch of the site.

What We Did

Building on the existing corporate site we aided Biffa in choosing a suitable technology platform and define the functional specification required to make the most out of the information available.

Key elements that we focused on were:

  • Assisting in defining the Biffa web strategy and providing ongoing advice on best practice guidelines for SEO.
  • Managing the update of content and further development to functionality on the site as and when requested.
  • Management and developing 5 further websites as part of a web-integration project being carried out by Biffa. We have recently become involved in the management of this integration, which will see current sites, contained under www.biffa.co.uk.
