Background: Jigsaw, Jigsaw USA and Kew have been trading online for just over 2 years. A senior resignation left the business very exposed only weeks prior to the launch of A/W 2010.

The Brief:

  1. To provide a full-time senior resource to deliver A/W 2010 and to stabilize a de-motivated e-commerce team.
  2. To define a group e-commerce strategy to significantly grow sales online.
  3. To implement and report high on standards of service throughout the customers’ buying experience.
  4. To build strong and sustainable relationships with the retail team to co-promote and build the customer database.
  5. To define and recruit an entirely new e-commerce team providing training and mentorship.
  6. To review existing and proposed contracts to ensure competitive pricing and best-of-breed solutions.
