Marie-Chantal trades in Sloane Street, Walton Street and Ledbury Road in London; in Los Angeles and New York in the USA; in Greece; and of course on the Internet at www.mariechantal.com. The range of clothing and accessories is for babies, boys and girls from birth to 12 years of age.

To provide interim project management on a part-time basis.

We Provided interim project management on a part-time basis managing two further third party companies involved in deploying the solution.
Key elements that we focused on were:
- Planning and managing the launch phase
- Identifying online partners to drive relevant traffic
- Interim Managing the online marketing of mariechantel.com. Operating as an interim online marketing manager; dealing with all day-to-day matters including managing third-party suppliers, driving traffic and analysing traffic and user behaviour
