- ATS Euromaster
ATS Euromaster has an extensive nationwide network of service centres in the UK and employs more than 3,500 staff supplying tyres and light maintenance for cars, vans, trucks and agricultural vehicles.
The Brief
To assist in the local deployment of a Europe-wide online tyre shop project operating on a part-time interim basis at the company’s head offices in Aston, Birmingham.
What We Did
The technology platform and functional specification of the online tyre shop was pre-defined by Euromaster in Europe, so the focus of the project was to deploy locally.
Key elements that we focused on were:
- Assisting in substantiating the business case for ATS Euromaster selling tyres online in the UK, working with the marketing and business analysis team
- Mentoring the newly appointed online commerce shop manager; transferring industry knowledge, insight and techniques for the day-to-day operation of an online store
- Assisting in identifying the requirements of each department affected by the launch of the online store and helping them contribute towards the launch program
- Defining an online marketing campaign to drive traffic to the newly launched online tyre shop
