The Brief
To drive additional traffic, improve sales conversion and generate sales throughout the year, including detailed planning for Valentine’s Day and Christmas. To identify new online partners that meet the demographic profile for the product and so drive traffic to the shop. To work with an outsourced technology partner to improve the user journey using analytical data and to improve sales conversion and basket value.
What We Did
The task was to replicate their range of products and seasonal campaigns online to directly reflect the high-street-store feel and advertising campaigns.
Key elements that we focused on were:
- Selecting new partners to raise awareness of and traffic to the online store
- Reviewing the site usability and recommending improvements to increase sales conversion and basket value
- Providing an interim outsourced online shop manager to implement the day-to-day tasks required to acquire and retain customers
